The cottage is an entire home arranged over two floors, with a comfortable living room, separate dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, family bathroom and a small enclosed outdoor space. The living room has a Smart TV and log burner, which guests are welcome to use in accordance with the house manual. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The dining room seats guests comfortably and can also be used as a laptop-friendly space for remote working, supported by fibre optic superfast Wi-Fi. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one king bedroom and one small double bedroom. A pull-out single bed is also available in the dining room to provide flexible sleeping arrangements within the maximum occupancy of 4 guests. The bathroom includes a bath with shower. The property is family-friendly, with a stair gate, high chair and cot available on request. Please note that the stairs are steep, which may limit accessibility for some guests or require extra care with young children. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, up to a maximum of two, subject to an additional charge per dog and the house rules.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request. Linen, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee are provided. A digital visitor parking permit is included for one vehicle. There are no physical paper passes. The permit covers on-street parking within Salisbury Zone B, which extends across a wide area around the property. Guests must provide their vehicle registration number before check-in so the digital permit can be activated. The permit will normally be activated one hour before check-in and runs in 24-hour blocks. For example, for a 15:00 check-in, the permit will usually start at 14:00 on the day of check-in and expire at 14:00 on the day of check-out. Parking spaces are not reserved or guaranteed. You may park in any valid Zone B permit space, which will be clearly signposted. The two spaces directly outside the cottage are 30-minute bays, which are useful for loading and unloading but are not covered by the visitor permit. Parking enforcement officers patrol the area regularly, so please ensure your vehicle is parked in a valid Zone B space once your permit has been activated. Dogs must remain downstairs, are not permitted on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. The small outdoor space is enclosed by a small hip-height wooden fence. The property is tech-enabled, with a smart lock and smart thermostat for guest convenience.
